Hunter Systems reserve the right to refuse to sell to any customer of any country that they feel for any reason will cause a legal or financial risk to Hunter Systems.
Court acceptance.
Hunter Systems will not recognise any foreign court (Non UK) for any reason. Any legal claim against this company must be referred to a British court jurisdiction.
Making A Purchase
Making A Purchase Buying from Hunter Systems could not be easier. Just browse the store, and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that are needed to complete your order.
Payments are accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,Solo and American Express. Payment is not deducted for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or our Secure On Line Store.
When you receive a confirmation of order, this is to indicate that your order has been received. It does not indicate that a contract exists between you and Hunter Systems. Acceptance of your order, and confirmation of a contract between us, will be acknowledged when an invoice is issued. This term has been included to protect Hunter Systems in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, the goods have been inadvertently under-priced, or Hunter Systems is no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, the new price will be posted in the On Line Shop.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else out of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling Hunter Systems Postage and Packaging costs start as low as £2.50 per order. This minium charge will be shown on your shopping cart which the actual charge may be increased depending on the actual shipping charge. This will be shown on your final Invoice and confirmation email stating if any increase has been applied.
Delivery Service
If Orders are dispatched via Royal Mails First Class post, for your added protection we are using Royal Mails Recorded Signed For Service. Please note that Royal Mails Recorded Signed For service is only insured for upto the value of £28, If your oder value - p&p is more than £28 we will use Royal Mails Special Delivery Service or our Carrier at an additional cost to you.
If a parcel is returned to us by the post office because they are unable to deliver, then a handling & reshipping fee will apply, please note the parcels sent need to have to someone at that address because the items to need to be signed for to accept delivery.
If our Carrier service is used, areas other than Main land England, and some parts of scotland, a higher fee will be applied. This fee is imposed on us by a carrier.
Lost Parcels
Because of the Distant Selling Act, If a parcel gets lost we either have to refund the customers money or sent a replacement parcel out, So to ensure that high value orders arrive safely All orders Over £28 must now be sent by special delivery, this is for your protection and ours.
We reserve the right to change the shipping method. Orders over £28 excluding p&p will be shipped by Royal Special Delivery or our carrier. If parcels are returned to us due to not being collected or are sent to the wrong address, We may charge for re-delivery.

All other countries are sent by either Insured AirSure or Insured Internartional Recorded (depending on the Country) at cost plus handling charge. Please check by email before ordering.
Delivery Schedule
Normally despatched within 2 to 3 working days following receipt and processing of the order when item is in stock. please allow upto 7 working days for delivery.
These times may be extended if the item is out of stock, we will inform you of this along with estimated shipping date as soon as we have been notified by our supplier.
International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we may delete the item from your order if there is going to be a very long delay. This will avoid you waiting for your goods.
Tax Charges
As Hunter Systems is not VAT registered, our prices reflect our total fiscal policy.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in uncrypted clear text on any web site or server.
PLEASE REMEMBER - Hunter Systems or their agents cannot be held responible for any fraudulant use of any customers Card details if that customer uses any other method of disclosing their card details other than through the Secure Checkout facility associated with this site. Please do not email your card details on an open email as this can be easily read and used by offenders for their own personal use.

Guarantee
Hunter Systems guarantee all products for 3 months from date of purchase. During this time Hunter Systems will repair or replace all defective free of charge, except to fair wear and tear, or units that are subject to use damage. If the product was purchased from any other outlet, please return that product to the seller who will pass it to us.
To qualify for benefits under the guarantee you must have installed and used the product in accordance with Hunter Systems or their agents instructions. Consquential losses from the use of and accidental damage to the product are not covered by the guarantee.
Hunter Systems cannot be responsible for results of using our products other than those described in the relevant instructions.
This does not effect your statutory rights. Or your rights under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Returns Policy
UK and EC : The customer has a statutory right to cancel their order at any time up to 7 whole working days after receipt of the goods. To cancel an order you should notify us by e-mail, post or fax at the above address and, where the goods have been despatched or delivered, make arrangements to return them to us. Where these goods have already been despatched and / or paid for a full refund less any shipping charges will be made within 30 days.
Outside UK and EC : In addition to the above we will accept the cancellation and return of goods shipped outside the EC within 30 working days of despatch. We will refund the cost of the goods less any shipping charges to the customer within 30 days.
Goods and their packaging that are the subject of a cancelled order must be returned at the customers expense in merchantable condition. We will charge a re-stocking fee.
Before returning goods you must contact us and obtain an RMA number. Processing goods returned without an RMA number may be delayed or even rejected. Postage or Carriage due returns will be refused.
